What happened:

A few things could have cause this error:
- You may have exceeded the 60 minute NDNQI Survey time limit.
You will get this error if you attempt to submit the survey after
60 minutes have passed since you logged in.
- You may have exceeded your hospital's internet time limit.
- Your network may have lost its connection with NDNQI.

What you can do about it:

Please log in again, and take the survey over from the beginning.
(If you believe that you submitted the survey within the 60 minute time limit,
first ask your Survey Coordinator to be sure that your hospital has not set a shorter
internet time limit.)
